Meet Our Board of Directors

The Disciple-Making Parent ministry is overseen by a skilled and knowledgeable board. Meet them below!

Dr. Tom Hines

Tom has been a pediatrician for over 30 years and currently practices  in Lincoln, RI. His practice recently won the statewide Readers Choice for Best Pediatrician. He has spent years working with college students at Cranston Christian Fellowship. He and his wife, Mary-Jo, have four grown children.

Misun Min

Misun graduated from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Economics. She worked in financial services before becoming a full-time stay-at-home mom. She and her husband Steve have raised and homeschooled their four sons. She previously served as a Regional Director for the National Christian Forensics and Communications Association, a national speech and debate league whose mission is to train young people to become communicators for Christ.

Jeff Dalrymple

Jeff is the Executive Director of the Evangelical Council for Abuse Prevention – an organization that supports Christian ministries in child protection and abuse prevention. He is also an elder at Sunrise Community Church and founder of Lumino Global coaching. Jeff is originally from Los Angeles and received his undergraduate degree in organizational management and his graduate degree in international relations.  Jeff was previously the Vice President of Hospitality Services at Southern Seminary.  Jeff and his wife, Kristil, have four children: JJ, Kassie, Katherine and Kylie.

Luke Harding

Luke and his wife, Sara, have three children—Jane, Jack, and Hudson. Both Luke and Sara grew up just outside of Detroit. After finishing his undergraduate degree in Mathematics, Luke and Sara moved to Louisville, Kentucky where Luke completed his seminary education at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Luke currently serves as the lead pastor at Godspeed Church.

Catherine Baker

Catherine, with her husband Kyle, is currently busy raising her three children and homeschooling. Prior to this, Catherine graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in Advertising and worked for an assessment firm in the greater Atlanta area. Over a series of cross-country moves, God brought the Baker family to Rhode Island where they have a heart to see Gospel growth throughout the New England area. Catherine serves as a tutor at Classical Conversations where she classically educates students and points them towards God.  She loves spending active outdoor time with the family, and all things Georgia Bulldogs!

Daniel Darling

Daniel Darling is the author of several books, including The Dignity Revolution, and his latest, The Characters of Christmas. Dan’s op-eds have appeared in USA Today, CNN, Washington Times, Time, Huffington Post, National Review, Washington Post and First Things. He has appeared on CNN, FOX and on MSNBC’s Morning Joe.
