Job Description:
The Disciple-Making Parent is seeking a highly motivated Operations Manager to support and take the initiative to enhance the organization’s operations, with a focus on marketing, speaking logistics, partnerships, fundraising, and resource development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing and Outreach:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase the organization’s visibility and engagement with parents and churches.
- Oversee the organization’s website, social media, podcasts and email newsletters.
- Monitor and analyze the impact of marketing efforts and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Speaking Logistics:
- Coordinate speaking engagements and virtual events, including webinars, conferences, and workshops.
- Collaborate with organizations to ensure successful event planning, promotion, and execution.
- Manage logistics for virtual presentations, including technical support and platform coordination.
- Partnership Development:
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential partners.
- Fundraising Support:
- Assist in the planning and execution of fundraising campaigns.
- Support in donor engagement and stewardship efforts.
- Resource Development and Support:
- Assist in the development of new resources including overseeing new videos or written resources.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and follow through.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Passion for the mission and values of The Disciple-Making Parent.
- Theological training is preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in nonprofit operations, marketing, or related roles is preferred but not required.
